Srsly? Copying a template from somewhere and not even adapting it before proposing it as a pull request?

Yeah... closing this one. If there are specific concerns then we can handle them but this is too generic. Also note that we purposely don't pin all the dependencies to make it easier for the library to run on systems with the latest patches.
