7 months ago This had to do with the use of MIMIC dataset for the conversion example. We decided to use another dataset. Thus, this issue is deprecated.

7 months ago This had to do with the use of MIMIC dataset for the conversion example. We decided to use another dataset. Thus, this issue is deprecated.
When running the R2RML-F engine, I got the error r2rml.engine.R2RMLException: ERROR: relation "mimicredux.cost" does not exist. Probably this has to do with missing data in the OMOP-CDM database (issue #2).
