In some cases users would like to save the automatically updated plot of the trigger rate for the whole measurement period, however the plot automatically shifts the time axis after only 200s. It would be useful to extend that range to a commonly used measurement period of say 300s or 600s, so that users can easily document the whole measurement with one plot. At least 300s measurement time should not cause worse readability of the plot.

That might help: with the R-file (automatically saved ASCII file in ~/muonic-data) contains the rate measurement data, this can be used to plot with e.g. gnuplot or excel.
