LICENSE not included in sdist #20

The PyPI sdist v1.1.0 doesnt include the LICENSE file.

It would be nice if the sdist also included the tests, for easy of distro packaging.

Thanks for letting me know this! I'll fix it in the upcoming v1.2.0 release.
