Motivation is missing from the manifesto #3

The manifesto is missing something that captures the motivation behind it. Could it be an idea to reference the Agile Manifesto, e.g.

"Working software over comprehensive documentation"

Does not mean "ignore documentation": Every developer should be able to set up and run an application locally using a simple README file.
