Result.csv should identify clearly which simulation resulted in each row

It would be helpful if the result.csv tracked out of the box which branch name, simulation hash, payment sequence, feerate sequence, and scenario were used to produce the results. This would reduce the potential of misattributing results and speed up evaluation.
