Fully remove macholib (also drops altgraph subdep).

Is there some previous change here or in Bitcoin Core that makes dropping macholib possible?

It was replaced with elfsteem. See commits from: https://github.com/achow101/signapple/commit/18a036b1c6573aff90309f4523abdc3c49b8d673.
