Split off google-http-java-client and google-oauth-java-client

Please describe the feature requested.

In order to encourage greater adoption of this library for uses with any API on 
the web, not just those provided by Google, we are splitting off all packages 
that don't start with "com.google.api.client.googleapis" into the two projects 
specified above.  Other than moving the code to a new source control repository 
and changing the jar names, we are not introducing any breaking changes to the 
code as a result of this split.  In particular, we are not going to change any 
of the Java package names in order to maintain backwards compatibility.
