GrapeTree Links - are not working #112

hi @zheminzhou I tried to create my own link, but it does not work as well as link from tutorial: https://achtman-lab.github.io/GrapeTree/MSTree_holder.html?tree=https://raw.githubusercontent.com/achtman-lab/EnteroMSTree/master/examples/ebola.date.json
