One of my reasons for being interested in umlet is we have a blind programmer 
at work. I'd like to be able to share some of my UML diagrams with him, but 
obviously he will never be able to see them. I'm thinking if maybe there'd be a 
way to export the diagrams to a format that lacked the coordinates, or perhaps 
found a way to separate them to a different part of the file.

Currently we don't have such an output.  As we save files in plain XML, you 
could let a script run over it to strip it of any non-relevent information, and 
reformat it to your needs.
