Project specific properties ignored #147

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. make a diagram and change some properties of this sheet e.g. 
"fontfamily=Monospaced".
2. Save the diagram and close Umlet
3. Reopen umlet and the diagram

Expected: the settings of this diagram should be applied
Instead: the global settings will be applied

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
12.0 (Windows)

this has been fixed in 12.1 which will be released soon
