Java->Diagram Generator: Ignores nested classes and interfaces at all

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Generate class elements from attached file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Class diagram containing 16 classes and interfaces.
Instead: 1 class.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Umlet 12.0 beta on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Client release 5.9

Please provide any additional information below.

I would like to confirm that this is still an issue using UMLet 13 on a 64 bit 
Windows 7 SP1.
