Sometimes an element should be moved without moving the sticking relations

Therefore there should be a key which disables sticking if it is hold during 
movement of an element

if SHIFT is hold during movement, sticking is disabled

perhaps we will change the key before release, because it overlaps with "hold 
SHIFT to resize an element while retaining the height/width ratio)
