Active classes are not exported properly #207

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Insert an active class element (with `type=actclass`) into a document
2. Export as PNG

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Something like the preview (attached)
Instead: attached

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

UMLet 13.0; Windows7x64

Seems like attaching didn't work for some reason. Here's another try.

Good catch, thanks!

The export is slightly displaced in general (the vertical lines are out of the 
top border too)

The issue was a workaround for old elements implemented in Issue 138, 
unfortunately it was also applied to the new elements which don't need it.

will be fixed in v13.1
