UMLetino: Drag&Dropping elements from palette causes sticking bug #210

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. drag element from palette to diagram
2. drag and attach relation to right or lower border of element

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: should stick
Instead: doesnt stick

Reason: drag&drop in umletino resizes the element by 10px which is not seen 
until the diagram is saved&loaded

Workaround: insert elements via double-click instead

has fixed some time ago and will be included in v13.1 (this issue is just for 
documentation)
