End role (message) label on new relation has wrong position

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create new relation.
2. Set roles or messages on the end of relation ('m2' or 'r2').
3. Add fracture to our relation to make it indirect.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: role and message labels remains on their positions
Instead: labels moves to the end of first section

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: 13.1
OS: Windows7_x64
