relationend jumps around although it should stay still #229

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open attached uxf
2. drag the left side of the packet-element to the left

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: relation end stays where it is
Instead: relation jumps to the right

fixed unintended sticking by lowering the tolerance from "gridsize" to 
"gridsize-1" 

in r1355

unfortunately this issue still occurs if zoomlevel > 100%

As a better fix now the stickable calculation always happen at 100% zoom (this 
should also fix similar issues like Issue 231)
