Lines cannot show color after 13.2 update

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a line
2. Right click and select foreground or background
3. Choose any color

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: The line arrow head or line changes color to the selected color.
Instead: The line remains black always. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using 13.2 on Windows 8.1 on a Lenovo Think Pad E540

It was a really nice feature to be able to color code the lines.  This worked 
no problems with version 13.1 but stopped working the moment I moved over to 
13.2.

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi, thanks for the report

As this is just an ordering problem, you can move the "not working" commands to 
the top of the properties, then they should work even in 13.2

so e.g. instead of
lt=->
fg=magenta

write
fg=magenta
lt=->

That said, I have fixed it for v13.3 where it will work like in previous 
versions (so global commands at the bottom will still influence the commands 
above)
