Line color and width does not work in 13.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add relation
2. add line width lw=0.6
3. add line color fg=light_gray

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: thick line in light gray
Instead: normal line in black

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
13.2 standalone, win7

Please provide any additional information below.
It worked in 13.1. But 13.2 is better, multiplicity of relation ends are 
correctly placed (thanks for that)

Hi this will be fixed in v13.3

until then you can put the lw and fg commands on top of the properties, then it 
should work as expected
