autoresize on lower zoom levels: element width and height jumps around #243

the last version where it worked as expected was v12.2
since v13.0 the element width and height "jumps around" during autoresizing

example diagram attached (just write some text and see the "jumping")

lower element is for v12.2 upper is for v13.0 (2 different elements are 
necessary because the command changed from "elementstyle=autoresize" to 
"style=autoresize")

documentary info: worked until r1167 which changed the autoresize handling

fixed in r1403 where values are zoomed correctly again
