Enhance the selection of the element acting on it

In a situation like in the attachment, it is not clear what line element is 
selected if clicking into the meeting point of all lines.
Imho, a good solution would be, that the selected line should be chosen for 
acting (e.g. move the line endpoint).
So, if a selected element is in the near, this element will be further selected 
although another element got clicked.

Selection on overlapping Relations prioritizes the already selected
one over others
