Copy/Paste from Java editor to properties Window does not work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open java source in editor
2. open diagram with eclipse plugin, create class, select the class
3. go to java editor, copy
4. go to properties window of class paste

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: text should be pasted
Instead: eclipse freezes for a moment, no paste

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Was this a one time issue or is it never possible to copy text into the class?

I cannot reproduce it. It works for me in Eclipse 3.7

I cannot even copy and paste within the properties window.

Addenum to my earlier comment:
After played around a while and among other things drag n dropped a text in the 
properties window, paste started to working.

Perhaps you have selected the element, but not the properties textbox.
In that case you will still see the current line highlighted (but no caret).
You cannot write, because your actions will be applied to the element and not 
to its text (eg: pressing the arrow buttons will move the element and not the 
cursor)

Otherwise I cannot reproduce the problem
