Improve capability to select overlaying and/or nearby items #86

=Now=
Selecting one or more items (latter by holding ctrl-key) has always been a
tedious task when items are located tight together or even overlaying or
interlaced (e.g. composites). Often the only way to select item(s) in such
situations is

In my impression above went even worse with recent release 11.5. May this be
true?

=Idea for improvement=
Umlet should take the z-order into account in some way. If I'm not mistaken
then the good old Coral Draw and also at least some of Microsoft's drawing
tools (Powerpoint, Visio) make a difference in selecting while the Alt-Key is
pressed: While Alt-Key is pressed the user can click through the z-order from
item 'on top' down to item 'on bottom'.

=Compromise between '''simple&fast''' and amount of features=
I know that one of the main design principles of Umlet is to be '''simple'''
and '''lightweight'''. Maybe my drawings became too big to be used in Umlet and
that's the reason why I'm running into above problem(s). I don't want to push
you guys to make Umlet too complicated and heavy. By the way: I could encourage
also colleagues to use Umlet for their design sketches, because Umlet is really
cool!

Best regards and thank's for the great work,
Alex

Thanks for the comment and suggestion. I will merge this issue into Issue 32
(because it's the same topic)

You're right in 11.5 is a bug which results in buggy selection, but it has been
fixed in r164.
