Moving elements around during zooming changes the relative distance of the element to the mousepointer #99

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click and "hold" an element
2.Use mousewheel to zoom in/out and move your move at the same time

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: The relative distance from the mousepointer to the element should 
stay the same
Instead: The element moves around randomly (you still hold it and move it 
around, but the position is not near the mousepointer anymore)
