PHP Errors when unknown recipe URL given #112

Navigating to the following URL should throw a 404 error and give the user a nice page explaining what went wrong.

What actually happens is shit gets fucked up.

Issue not present on Dan's local version of the site. Could possibly be a conflict with the assessment server, or an issue with the .htaccess file.

Looking into it.

Also going to fix the recipeID not set code.

Fixed as of commit 86551accdda925a2f4deaf979cf0dc6cf225963f
