AppleALC: [Feature Request] Add support for mute/unmute verbs #2304

Currently the only way to control mute LEDs found on many laptops is through use of a user-space application. I'm currently using my fork of ALCPlugFix-Swift to control them on a HP laptop but it's not ideal.

I saw previously there was a feature request for wake verbs and they were eventually added so I created this. But I'm not sure if this falls into the scope of what AppleALC does or it should be left to user-space applications ?
