Kernel panics during the second installation part

Hey guys, I've been trying for many days to run OpenCore on my setup. I managed to resolve a lot of issues on my own by trying different configs, searching the internet, watching videos, and following tutorials. However, I'm now facing an issue that I'm almost certain I can't solve by myself.

After the initial installation, during the setup wizard, I experienced a lot of random reboots. To minimize incompatibility, I'm using a very small set of kexts. I extracted some logs, but they didn't reveal anything helpful to me.
