Build problem #192

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using ndk r8b
2. Did hg checkout
3. Running ./misc/build-native.sh resulted in the attached errors.

You probably checked out an up to date version of ics-openvpn which has only 
been tested against ndk r9

Should I upgrade to r9?  Or is 8b still the recommended version?

Yeah. You should upgrade r9. The readme is already mentions that :)

readme because I didn't realize it had been updated since the other day.
