On going notification after VPN connected #198

After successful VPN connection an on going notification appears ,I want to 
hide or customize it ,How ?

For hiding see FAQ #2. There no customization available for the notification.

I mean there is  an on going notification with cancel ,disconnect ,and 
configure buttons and I want to receive an intent or something like that when 
disconnect or configure button is clicked.

I am still not sure what the your use case is. When you write your use case? I 
don't get the point of an external app getting notified about the 
disconnect/configure button.

Sorry if I'm wrong, but I think you speak about system-managed ongoing 
notification, it can be seen on third and fourth screenshot in Play Market 
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.blinkt.openvpn

You can do nothing with this notification because it's system-managed. Unless 
you develop custom firmware for all devices support :)

I am speaking about the notification my own app uses. I am not sure what the 
original submitter is about.

I am closing the bug as invalid because I have no heard from sadeghsaati for 
two weeks now.

sometimes this notification disappears. Is there any solution for this?

in nexus 5 if i uninstall app which uses vpn and again install then it is 
crashed. After restart phone, It works fine. Please let me know if you have any 
solution for this.
