Need to resolve ip-adress before attempting to connect #243

I have dynamic WAN IP-adress on my VPN-Server and i use ddns services. When i'm 
connected to vpn and server unexpectedly changes ip-adress(maybe reboot, or 
connection problems), vpn-client unsuccessfully tryes to reconnect to old 
ip-adress and failes, infinitely failes.

If you don't use persistent tun device support the client should reresolve the 
IP address on every connect attempt

I'm disable "persistent tun", and its work perfect.
