Cannot open TUN when language is Arabic

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switch the system language to Arabic
2. open the ics-openvpn client and connect
3. can not connect successfully

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should be connected successfully with Arabic language environment.
What mobile phone are you using?
Nexus S
Which Android Version and stock ROM or aftermarket like cyanogenmod?
Stock ROM
Please provide any additional information below.
The root cause is Cannot open TUN.
The detailed log information is as follows:

OpenVPN ROUTE6: OpenVPN needs a gateway parameter for a --route-ipv6 option and 
no default was specified by either --route-ipv6-gateway or --ifconfig-ipv6 
options

ASSIGN_IP, logmessage = ,154.127.48.131,
OpenVPN ROUTE: failed to parse/resolve route for host/network: ::/0
do_ifconfig, tt->ipv6=0, tt->did_ifconfig_ipv6_setup=0
ERROR: Cannot open TUN
Exiting due to fatal error

Yeah. That is broken in older Android Versions. Nothing the app can do 
unfortenately. For more details see
