Tip doesn't scroll with content in a scrollable element #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pop a bubbltip on something in a scrolling element
2. Scroll it
3. Tip stays where it is

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should scroll with element it's attached to

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Bubbletip 1.0.5 / Chrome / OSX 10.6.7
