What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. hover to bring up tip
2. move mouse cursor/pointer slightly above tip bubble
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The tip should go away, however as it animates up and out it is re-triggered as
it passes under the cursor/pointer.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
bubbletip 1.0.6
seems to be any browser/OS
