[US]: Collapsed Building Data

User Story - As a [persona], I [want to], [so that].

As an ER responder, I would like to see the collapsed buildings so that I can have a better understanding of the damage.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] User activates the building layer and a multi-select sub list appears with the following options (collapsed, major damage, minor damage, no damage).
• [ ] The data should be accurate.
• [ ] The user can click on a building to see more detailed information about the damage and address information.
• [ ] The user can see how the data was produced in the detailed information when they click on the point.
• [ ] Desktop view and Mobile view provides the same quality and level of information.

@mstrYoda would it be possible to proceed this way? If not, it can be a task for later. Buildings should be represented with polygons rather than points. Reasoning: when a disaster happens, a point will only show us one location but the building is a large area. Then first responders will understand the boundary of the building and search accordingly.

We need to update the ui to be able to fit this layer into the map. Moving this item to the next iteration. We have ready features to release. If we release this item it will not reach to its highest potential and all the work is gonna be represented not in a good way, moving this item to next iteration will give us enough time to shape better representation.
