Refactor/main #21

Relocated the endpoint handlers to handler directory.

Note: I'm not sure if the handlers at dev are the latest, main might be more updated right now that I checked it, if anyone has updated the handlers at main let me know.

I had to add some fixes to the main branch relating to the response times. You can check the differences and use it on this branch. If you need my assistance lmk

I just reworked the handlers and added utils from main, it should be in the same behaviour now.
