glog library crashed on windows multithread program. #24

1. I created a multithread program.
2. Each thread logged to the log file.
3. Run program , my program was crashed.

Without logging to the file (I used google::LogToStderr()) , no problem

But with wrote logging , then crashed.

I'm sorry for my poor english.

I meet a crash problem too. I found it happened when I use a debug version glog 
library and other release third part libraries.
