Higher severity messages doesn't appear on lower severity files #64

If i understood correctly log messages written with: LOG(ERROR) are written on 
WARNING and INFO files too, but in my project this is not behaving that way.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.1 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm using glog static library on Visual Studio 2008.

I posted this in 2010, so many years that I don't remember if I found a 
solution or not. Sorry I cannot help you much.
Maybe my problem at that time was something misconfigured, perhaps something 
with the preprocessor definitions I used in the project to enable glog.
