What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. no where to grab and move tool bar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Aardesia 1.0 Win7 

Please provide any additional information below.

Also this fails on multi-monitor, app stops working after you select a tool 
(which is on the second screen).

The bar is already floating passing the -d option or the --decorate option
