this alllows camelcase in metadata #15

instead of

'extend'      => array(
        'oxreverseproxybackend'   => 'oxps/esituning/core/oxpsesituning_oxreverseproybackend',
),

just found out that it is not good to use camlecase here, because it makes problems when modules use it, and others not. So better do not merge this yet
