If

2. You are not a criminal or fired for illegal activities from another company.
3. You want to feel like working for 6+ hours a day.
4. Want to build stuff you like a bit professionally.
5. Want to grind leetcode and share knowledge on the job.
6. Want to gain work experience.
7. Want to work in IT.
8. Want to learn by doing meaningful projects.

Here's how you join:

1. Create an issue in this repository stating that you want to work for at least 6 months. (No strings attached: you can leave any time you want). Share your public details only. Mention that you are interested in joining ackret and let me know how to reach you.
2. Declare that you are an upstanding citizen; do not have a criminal case against you; and were not fired for illegal or immoral activities. (Have to cover my bases)
3. State your skills, and tech stack that you are interested in.
4. State the project you would be building for the next 6 months if you have any in mind, or if you would like to join others to build with them.
5. Send an email to ackret.in@gmail.com with your resume.

Note:

1. All of the work you do would be open source
2. You would not be able to take work and create a competing company for one year. After that, go nuts.
3. You will be unpaid.
4. You will be paid only if ackret has paying customers and you are working on the paid project, open or closed source. Otherwise there is no claim to salary or benefits from you.
5. You need to work for a minimum of 6 hours per day, at least 4 days per week, at least 22 weeks per 6 months for gaining work experience letter and recommendations.
6. You need to be respectful of others' time and efforts.
7. You need to be non-violent in your actions and words.
8. Don't be evil.
9. Don't do something illegal. Breaking the law would be squarely be upon you and only you will be bearing the costs and repercussions of your illegal actions.
10. I am presenting this opportunity in good faith. As such, there is no bond, restriction other than mentioned above.
11. Ackret Solutions has rights to code, artifacts produced; and reserves the right to update the conditions, terms etc.
12. All legal issues arising from you working at ackret, injuries, damages etc would be your liabilities and your responsibilities alone. We do not promote illegal activities. The benefits, insurance etc are only extended to paid employees.
