Updated plusplus to accept ++ or -- anywhere in the line, #97

and no more multiple ++ in one and no more floats and more admin commands

Also, you may have to go and manually set everything's rep since they'll all be floats due to migration from py2 to py3. (Or just reset it all >:D)

not sure if I like this idea or not... (we'll see a lot of Notepad++ and C++ probably, so that might be a problem)
