Add tooltips for all the controls to indicate their usage:

Main Toolbar:

[x] Record button: 'Start recording'
[x] Record button (recording state): 'Finish recording'
[x] Discard button: 'Discard recording'

Recording List

[x] Play button: 'Play'
[x] Pause button: 'Pause'
[x] Download button: 'Download'
[x] Remove button: 'Remove'
