[Workshops] Add full author list under pre-recorded talks #582

Currently, for most workshops, only the name of the person who uploaded the final talk is listed under the paper title for each pre-recorded talk.

Go to the paper video and get the full author list and post it below the paper title.

Closing this since it doesn't look like we have heard any complaints from attendees because of this.
