Added paper social sharing options for #465.

sharing url from current pdf links: Currently hardcoded for ACL anthology, MIT press journal pdf links and arxiv abstracts.
current message format is page_header+sharing_url. See below for an example tweet

Maybe remove btn btn-primary from the "Share". The style is a little weird right now.

I guess something like this should be fine, but let me know if you have better ideas
