  This is a revision with improved results of the paper originally

published in EMNLP 2018. The previous version contained a bug where the script EVALB was not considering the COLLINS.prm parameter file.

Should we try to recreate the proceedings footer with the bibliographic information, or can it be added automatically?

We unfortunately have no way to add anything automatically to the pdf; the version you submit will not be changed. If you want to have the footer, you still have to add it.
