fixed the typo in the LoResMT 2024 title (the The as the) #3775

I fixed the typo in the title. "Proceedings of the The Seventh ..." >> "Proceedings of the Seventh ...

I see that it's capitalized in PDF footers, e.g. https://aclanthology.org/2024.loresmt-1.6.pdf

Thanks for this, @nschneid! Should I send the revised output and build folder to fix it or raise an issue using ingestion? Any thoughts @mjpost Sorry for this typo.

If you want to fix the footers, I suggest editing every PDF with a PDF editor and sharing the revised ones as a tarball, which we can then process. Unfortunately we don't have the bandwidth to fix this ourselves.
