Huh, strange. Looks like this mistake even made it into the frontmatter:

Based on the page numbers in the PDFs, which appear to be identical, we should keep the second one (2024.acl-short.70).

Let's do as @mbollmann suggests, and just remove the first one completely. Better to do this sooner, so if you can just create a PR for that I will approve and merge it.
