AIWolfDial workshop metadata incomplete #3993

The second edition of the AIWolfDial workshop has multiple metadata issues:

  1. The page should reference the earlier workshop.
  2. The page should be associated with SIGGEN.
  3. As it was co-located with INLG2024, we might want to link the two somehow. But if this is not possible then at least have it associated with SIGGEN.
