Create channels for keynotes

• All keynotes can be found on the conference webpage: https://2022.emnlp.org/program/keynotes/
• Please create a channel using the Admin Bot account for each workshop. The name of the channels should be keynote-${idx}-${speaker-name}, e.g., keynote-1-mona-diab.
• Please put the abstract of the keynote in the "Description" "Topic" of the channel.
