Interface with COI detection script #13

A separate COI detection script exists in this repository: https://github.com/acl-org/reviewer-coi-detection

First, that repository needs to be documented (e.g. by @aryamccarthy or @ajstent). Then, we need to describe how to ingest the COIs from that repository into this repository.

Thanks; documented. I think all that is necessary to ingest the COIs is to read in the bids-style csv file the computeCOIs.py writes, and at least remember the 4s (any non-4 bids can be swapped with 2 for now).
